Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product meets one of the following conditions:
- Product received in a damaged or broken condition (with photographic evidence)
- Product is defective or non-functional upon delivery
- A wrong product was delivered against the confirmed order
- The product is significantly different from the description on the website
All returns must be in original, unopened, undamaged packaging with all original labels intact.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return inspection approval.

Cancellation Policy
- Within 12 hours of order placement: Full refund with no cancellation fee
- 12–24 hours after order placement: 5% cancellation fee applies; balance refunded
- After 24 hours (before dispatch): 10% cancellation fee applies
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible; initiate a return upon delivery instead

Damaged / Missing Shipments
- If outer packaging appears tampered or damaged upon delivery — refuse the shipment and notify us immediately
- If damage is found after opening — photograph product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery and write to us
- For missing items in a multi-product order — contact us within 48 hours with your invoice number
